Effect of Food on Spiritual Energy

Sample product

How does food affect my spiritual energy if I were to eat meat?

It’s a good idea not to eat meat. If you find it very difficult, carry on until you are able to give it up. There are many ways of living without killing animals. Well, don’t tell me that we also kill plants, because plants don’t have a developed brain and nervous system to register pain as much as animals do...

Teachers at the Heart of Our Schools

Sample product

For a child whose parents never had the chance to go to school, the classroom can feel like unfamiliar territory. At the Satsang Foundation's two schools, The Satsang Vidyalaya (TSV), in Madanapalle, and Satya Satsang Vidyalaya (SSVL), in Lathira, teachers work to make the school feel familiar for these children. Their approach goes beyond textbooks, combining training, individual attention, and an ongoing partnership with parents...

Satsang Jal Seva Sangatan: Securing Water for the Future

Sample product

At the heart of The Satsang Foundation's (TSF) mission lies an integrated, holistic approach to environmental stewardship. By reviving parched lands, restoring ancient water bodies, and planting urban mini-forests, we are healing ecosystems while empowering the communities that depend on them...

Satsang Seva Mission:
When Seva and Sadhana Go Hand-in-Hand

Sample product

By serving somebody, you are actually doing nothing. The person whom you serve is giving you an opportunity to evolve. ‘You’ are not giving anybody anything. If ‘you’ don’t, somebody else will provide. Nature’s law is that they will receive it somehow. We should have this in mind when we serve people.

CALL FOR SUPPORT | Reviving Our Most Precious Resource

Water is life, and India’s water reserves are rapidly declining.

Satsang Jal Seva Sangatan (SJSS) is working towards making every Indian city self-sufficient in its water needs, inspired by Sri M’s message of water as the sacred element of “Apas”.

Through rainwater harvesting, groundwater recharge, lake desilting, water conservation and greywater recycling, SJSS is helping communities, schools, forests and villages build lasting water security.

To make a monthly, recurring donation towards SJSS projects or contribute to a corpus for larger projects, please click: https://app.satsang-foundation.org/donate/initiate
